Surrender: Notice that things go much more smoothly when you allow them to happen instead of making them happen.

it's essential to recognize the importance of boundaries and learn to let go of control. Life can be more comfortable when we acknowledge what we have power over and what we don't. The key is to understand that we can't control everything in life, and that's okay.
We often waste our energy trying to change things that are outside of our control, which can leave us feeling powerless and drained. However, when we set healthy boundaries and let go of the need for complete control, we can focus on what's important and make a positive impact in the areas where we do have influence.
So, let us all learn to embrace vulnerability and surrender to the natural flow of life. By doing so, we can find peace and fulfillment in the present moment, and lead a more meaningful and joyful life. Remember, it's not about giving up control altogether, but about finding a healthy balance between control and surrender.

Practice surrender
Stop fighting
stop fighting with yourself. Stop fighting the universe and the natural flow of things. Stop resisting and pushing against reality.
Keep faith
Even if you don’t see it now, have faith that things will get better in future. Not everything need to be predicted and planned at this very moment. Trust the universe.
Acceptance
Accept your lack of control. Acceptance is an important step the letting go of control and allowing yourself to embrace the unknown.
Root cause
Most of our need to control is rooted in fear. The fear of the unknow, of what the future holds and overthinking the outcome. Identify and pinpoint the exact cause of your need to control and question yourself if its really serving you in the present moment.
Deeper connection
By simply letting people be how they are, and by allowing yourself to not be attached to how every situation turns out, you're able to love more freely. This applies both to loving others and yourself.
